Delays may occur due to:

We aim to deliver efficiently while maintaining quality.

7. Ownership & Usage

Upon full payment:

  • The client receives rights to the final delivered website
  • Zerivo Studio retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio

8. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party tools or platforms (e.g., hosting, analytics, integrations).

We are not responsible for:

  • outages
  • limitations
  • changes made by third-party providers

9. Limitation of Liability

Zerivo Studio is not liable for:

  • business losses
  • missed revenue
  • indirect or consequential damages

We provide services to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the project under reasonable circumstances.

In such cases:

  • Work completed up to that point will be billed
  • Payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
