1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using zerivo.studio, or by engaging Zerivo for web design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Zerivo provides web design, development, and local visibility services for service businesses. The scope of each project is agreed upon in a written proposal or agreement before work begins. Any changes to scope after project commencement may require a separate agreement and additional fee.
3. Payment
Project fees are agreed upon in advance. A deposit may be required before work begins. Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Zerivo reserves the right to withhold deliverables until payment is received in full.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner. Zerivo is not responsible for project delays caused by late client responses or delivery of required assets.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of all custom design work and code produced for your project transfers to you. Zerivo retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock images) remain subject to their respective licences.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Additional revision requests beyond this scope may be billed at our standard hourly rate.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zerivo is not responsible for loss of revenue, business, or data arising from the use or inability to use the delivered work. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings are initiated.
